Return & Exchange Policy
Order Changes/Cancellation: You can NOT change or cancel your order once placed.
Also note that no refunds will be issued on packages returned due to a bad address, refused upon delivery and unclaimed.
Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds accepted due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons. We suggest that you request for sample where applicable before investing in the hair if you are not familiar with Our Hair. Also, note that refunds due to a slight color variation will not be authorized. Our color chart is used as a guide, as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase our color ring.
NOTE: Unauthorized returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy below.
Exchange Policy
We are very confident and guarantee the quality of our product! We want you to be satisfied with your order so we thoroughly check each order before shipment! But for any reason you receive incorrect item(s) or will like an exchange, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will not be accepted and will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:
Eligible Products:
• You must exchange item with similar item/style. We can only warrant one exchange per order.
• Eligible products must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
Ineligible Products:
• Items not eligible for exchange are: Clearance items, Special Orders, Items purchased with Coupon, Wholesale Orders, Hair Samples, Color Ring and our Closure Pieces.
• Products that have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with is ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
Shipping Costs on Exchange
• Shipping charges will apply. We ship via the method chosen on the original order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.
Exchange Request
Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by onychair.com with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA, the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at exchange@onychair.com to pre–authorize your exchange. We will issue you the RMA after the pre-authorization. Once you receive your RMA, you then send back the item.
Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of similar item on onychair.com and is valid for six months from initial order.
Exchange Package Preparation:
You must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
Please note that damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.
