Order Processing:

All orders are processed through our website. For any Order/Shipping Info, do email us at info@onychair.com  All questions are usually answered promptly.

Our system automatically emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt check your spam settings, as you will probably find our emails in your bulk or spam folder. To avoid this problem, turn off your spam filters, change your spam filter settings, or use an alternate e-mail address. 

 For your protection, all hair orders over $100 require signature confirmation upon receiving. 

 Shipping Info:
We do prefer the shipping address to match the billing address to prevent fraud. Expect delays if the shipping address is different than billing address. In this case shipping address will have to be confirmed before processing your order.  

We will only ship to continental U.S. destinations for all credit card transactions.  Orders outside USA should use our other forms of payment.

 You will receive an email confirmation, containing your shipping confirmation tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, customer not being home to sign for package, or any other delays due to destination problems.

USPS Priority Shipping

Your order will arrive within 1-5 business days from the date it is shipped. The shipping rate is $7.50 US only.

 USPS Express Shipping

This offers a guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations!  Your order will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date it is shipped. The Shipping rate is $28.US only.

USPS Express Canada and Mexico 

 Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date it is shipped. The shipping rate is $40US only.

USPS Express Western Europe

 Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date it is shipped. The shipping rate is $50US only.

TNT Economy and TNT Express (whole sale order only)

  Shipping fee and duration depends on order quantity and destination.

 Shipping days/ Hours of Operation

Shipment time is Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm EST except all national holidays.  Orders received after 2pm, will be processed as next day order.
