How do I initiate a return? #

To initiate a return, please fill in your RMA request form. Remember to indicate the full list of items you wish to return in the “Question Or Comment*” section if you are keeping some items.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You cannot send the item back prior to receiving an RMA number.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
- We do not do refunds only store credit. Your balance will be issued as a store credit. Store credit does not expire and will be visible on your account during the checkout process.
- ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION YOU RECEIVED. THESE INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO TAGS, BLACK LABELS, PACKAGING LIST, AND BOXES IF APPLICABLE.
- Final Sale/ Clearance items, Hair Accessories, and Hair care products are not returnable.
