Thank you for sharing your ONYC® Hair experience with us! To help us showcase your Customer Rave beautifully and maintain consistent quality across our website, social media, YouTube, and promotional materials, please review the submission guidelines for the type of Video Rave you selected.
A Quick Video Rave is perfect if you already have a beautiful short video clip or would like to send us a simple video showing how your ONYC® Hair looks, moves, and complements your finished style.
▪ Submit a clear, original video clip, preferably around 8–20 seconds.
▪ Please record vertically whenever possible.
▪ Make sure the hair can be clearly seen, including its texture, length, fullness, movement, and overall look.
▪ Use good lighting, a steady camera, and a clean background.
▪ Your Quick Video Rave does not need to include a spoken review.
▪ Please avoid filters or effects that significantly change your appearance or the hair’s true color or texture.
▪ Please send the original video file whenever possible rather than a copy downloaded from Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, or another social platform.
A Full HD Video Rave is a more complete Customer Rave that gives our editing team enough high-quality footage and audio to create a polished feature for our website, social media, YouTube, and other ONYC® promotional content.
▪ Your Full HD Video Rave must be at least 30 seconds long. For the best feature opportunity, we recommend approximately 45–60 seconds of usable footage.
▪ Please submit a clear, high-quality original HD video.
▪ Please record vertically unless our team specifically requests a horizontal video.
▪ Show the hair from the front, sides, and back so the texture, length, volume, movement, and overall finished look can be clearly seen.
▪ Include natural movement whenever possible so we can clearly see how the hair falls, moves, and behaves while worn.
▪ Use good lighting, a steady camera, and a clean, simple background so you and the hair are clearly visible.
▪ Whenever possible, ask someone to record you, especially for side and back views. Self-recorded videos are also welcome.
▪ Please avoid filters or effects that change your appearance or the hair’s color or texture. Don’t worry about perfection—our experienced video editors will make sure you look your best while keeping the hair true to life.
▪ We prefer solo videos. If submitting group content, each person shown must be wearing an ONYC® Hair product.
To make your Full HD Customer Rave feel more authentic, personal, and relatable, please include a short voice review sharing what you genuinely love about the ONYC® Hair featured in your video.
▪ Tell us in your own words what you love about the hair you are reviewing. This can include the texture, softness, fullness, blend, movement, length, styling versatility, natural appearance, or overall experience.
▪ Your voice review may be recorded directly as part of your video.
▪ If you already have beautiful video footage without spoken audio, that is perfectly fine. You may submit a separate audio recording of your review, and our video editor can incorporate it into your final Customer Rave.
▪ Please record your voice clearly with no music and minimal background noise.
▪ There is no need to edit your video or audio. Please send us the original files and allow our experienced editing team to handle the final production.
▪ Your review does not need to sound scripted. A few genuine sentences about your experience and what you love about the hair are perfect.
To help us receive the clearest version possible, please upload your original video and, when applicable, original audio file directly from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Please avoid sending your files through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, text message, or other social media messaging platforms, as these services may compress the files and significantly reduce their quality.
Before uploading, please make sure:
▪ You are uploading the original video and audio files directly from your camera roll, device, or computer.
▪ Your files have not been downloaded from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, or another social media platform.
▪ Your internet connection is stable and the upload finishes completely before you close the app or browser.
▪ You include your full name and order number with your submission.
▪ If submitting a separate voice recording, please place the audio file in the same folder as your video whenever possible.

This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, time zone, referring URLs, pages viewed, product pages viewed, search terms, cart activity, links clicked, language preferences, approximate location based on IP address, session activity, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other usage data.
We use this information to load and operate the Website, maintain security, prevent fraud, understand how visitors use our Website, improve site performance, personalize content, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver or measure advertising where permitted by law and your privacy choices.
You may register or connect your account through social platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or other supported platforms. If you do, we collect information made available through that platform’s API in line with this policy and your social account settings. Depending on your permissions, we may access your name, profile photo, email, location, and other information you make public on the connected account.
We use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, remember preferences, keep you logged in, support shopping-cart functionality, measure traffic and interactions, improve site performance, support analytics, prevent fraud, and support marketing or advertising.
The cookies and similar technologies used on our Website may include:
You can remove, block, or reject cookies through your browser or device settings. If you disable certain cookies, some Website features may not function properly. Where available, you may also manage cookie preferences through our Website cookie banner, privacy settings link, or other consent management tools.
We use your information to provide, operate, protect, and improve ONYC® products and services; process orders and payments; fulfill deliveries; manage accounts; personalize content and offers; communicate about orders, updates, policies, returns, exchanges, customer service matters, email marketing, and SMS/MMS mobile messaging where permitted; perform analytics; prevent fraud; enforce our Terms & Conditions; and comply with legal obligations.
These purposes may include:
Contacting You: We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own marketing without your consent. We may share data with service providers solely to provide services to ONYC International, including delivering purchased products, sending communications you requested, operating marketing campaigns on our behalf, managing customer support, or supporting our ecommerce operations.
Emailing You: We send transactional messages, such as order confirmations, account notices, shipping updates, and customer service communications. If you opt in or where otherwise permitted by law, we may also send promotional emails, surveys, rewards notices, review requests, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to prandmedia@onychair.com with the subject “unsubscribe.”
Text Messaging: If you opt in to ONYC® SMS/MMS mobile messaging, we may send recurring automated promotional, transactional, and informational messages in accordance with your consent, our SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms & Conditions, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from ONYC International.
If you choose to opt in to ONYC® SMS/MMS mobile messaging, we may collect and use your mobile telephone number, SMS/MMS consent status, messaging preferences, opt-in source, opt-in date and time, message interaction data, delivery status, opt-out requests, and related communication records to operate and manage our mobile messaging program.
ONYC International may use third-party SMS/MMS service providers, including ActiveCampaign, to help operate, manage, send, receive, track, and administer our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program. These providers may assist with SMS/MMS consent collection, message delivery, opt-out management, delivery reporting, compliance tools, customer segmentation, and related messaging functions. If ONYC International changes, adds, or replaces its SMS/MMS service provider in the future, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to SMS/MMS-related information collected through the ONYC® mobile messaging program.
We use SMS/MMS-related information to send marketing messages that you have expressly agreed to receive, including promotional offers, product announcements, new product launches, exclusive discounts, seasonal sales, rewards, and other promotional ONYC® Hair content. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
We may share SMS/MMS-related information with trusted service providers that help us operate our mobile messaging program, including ActiveCampaign, messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, phone companies, mobile carriers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention vendors, customer support tools, and other vendors who assist with the delivery, management, security, compliance, and operation of mobile messages. These service providers are authorized to use such information only as necessary to provide services to ONYC International and not for their own independent marketing purposes.
No Sale or Third-Party Marketing Use of SMS Data: We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, SMS/MMS consent records, or customer information collected through our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, except with service providers acting on our behalf as needed to operate, deliver, secure, and manage the ONYC® SMS/MMS mobile messaging program.
We may disclose SMS/MMS-related information when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, governmental requests, carrier requirements, or messaging platform rules. We may also disclose such information when necessary to avoid liability, enforce our policies, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, safety, security, or operations of ONYC International, our customers, our service providers, or others.
You may opt out of ONYC® SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any mobile message from us. We will also honor any other reasonable request that clearly communicates that you no longer wish to receive further text messages from ONYC International, as required by applicable law. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.
For help regarding ONYC® SMS/MMS messages, you may reply HELP to any mobile message from us or contact us through our Contact Us page.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when subscribing to our SMS/MMS mobile messaging program. You should not provide a mobile number that you do not own, control, or have authorization to use. If your mobile number changes, is transferred, or is no longer in your possession, you should opt out of ONYC® SMS/MMS messages or contact us so we can update our records.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect SMS/MMS-related information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. We may retain SMS/MMS consent records, opt-out records, delivery records, and related mobile messaging records as needed for business operations, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal purposes, and to honor your messaging preferences.
We may share personal information with trusted service providers, vendors, and business partners that help us operate ONYC International and provide products and services to you. These may include website hosting providers, ecommerce platform providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention and identity-verification tools, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, email marketing platforms, SMS/MMS messaging providers including ActiveCampaign, analytics providers, advertising platforms, customer support tools, review platforms, social login providers, professional advisors, and other vendors who perform services for ONYC International.
These service providers may access personal information only as needed to provide services to ONYC International, comply with legal requirements, protect security, prevent fraud, or support business operations. We do not authorize our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent marketing purposes unless you have separately given them consent or the use is otherwise permitted by law.
We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use the Website, measure campaign performance, improve our content, and show ONYC® advertisements that may be relevant to you. These tools may use cookies, pixels, tags, device identifiers, browser data, purchase activity, browsing activity, cart activity, and other online identifiers.
Depending on the tools ONYC International uses at a given time, advertising or analytics providers may include platforms such as Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Microsoft/Bing, TikTok, email marketing platforms, SMS/MMS platforms, retargeting networks, analytics tools, or similar providers. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and your settings with those platforms.
You may be able to manage targeted advertising through browser settings, cookie controls, our Website cookie/privacy settings where available, and advertising settings provided by platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, Microsoft, TikTok, and other advertising networks. You may also be able to opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry opt-out tools provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain advertising, retargeting, analytics, or cookie-based disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where such laws apply, you may have the right to opt out of those activities.
We may share information as needed to (1) comply with laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, carrier requirements, messaging platform rules, or legal process; (2) investigate, prevent, or act on violations of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, payment rules, shipping policies, or SMS/MMS program requirements; (3) protect ONYC®, users, customers, service providers, or others; (4) detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, unauthorized transactions, security issues, or illegal activity; or (5) exercise, establish, or defend legal claims.
We may use manual review, automated tools, payment processor tools, fraud-prevention tools, shipping-address verification, account review, and related safeguards to help detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized purchases, account abuse, payment misuse, chargebacks, return fraud, and other activity that may harm ONYC International, our customers, our service providers, or third parties.
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining your account, processing orders, completing returns or exchanges, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, complying with tax and accounting requirements, honoring email and SMS/MMS opt-out requests, keeping compliance records, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
The length of time we retain information may depend on the type of information, the reason it was collected, whether you maintain an account with ONYC®, whether you have placed orders, whether the information is needed for legal, tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, SMS/MMS consent, opt-out, or business purposes, and whether deletion is required or permitted by applicable law.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely retain it as required or permitted by law.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, request a copy of certain personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, opt out of certain marketing communications, opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale/sharing activities where applicable, restrict or object to certain processing, and appeal certain privacy decisions where applicable.
You may exercise available rights by contacting us through our Contact Us page or by emailing info@onychair.com. To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you. This means we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised applicable privacy rights, unless permitted by law.
If you wish to delete your personal data, account information, or any data shared through your Facebook or other social login, please email info@onychair.com using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
We will process your request within 30 days where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, transactional, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, SMS/MMS opt-out compliance, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
The ONYC International Website is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to ONYC International, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action, including deletion where required by law.
ONYC International operates from the United States and may use service providers located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Website or provide information from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where ONYC International or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps designed to protect personal information transferred internationally, which may include contractual, technical, organizational, or other safeguards.
We take reasonable steps designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These safeguards may include SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, limited employee access, service-provider review, fraud-prevention tools, and administrative procedures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may notify affected users, regulators, law enforcement, service providers, or other parties as required or permitted by applicable law. We may provide notice by email, Website notice, written notice, or another method permitted by law.
Some browsers, devices, or extensions allow you to send “Do Not Track” or global privacy control signals. Because there is not one uniform industry standard for all such signals, our response may vary depending on the signal, the technology used, and applicable law. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities for the browser or device sending the signal.
You may also manage many tracking and advertising preferences through your browser settings, device settings, Website cookie settings where available, and advertising platform privacy controls.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, service providers, SMS/MMS mobile messaging program, advertising tools, operational needs, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice, such as posting a statement on our Website or sending a notification.

ONYC International is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the ONYC International site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.
ONYC International is pleased to hear from users and welcomes your comments regarding our products and services. ONYC International’s website has lots of information regarding our products. We have the “Overview” page and the “details” tab, PLEASE ensure to properly review the “details” tab and visit the corresponding links if provided. By successfully placing your order via our website, we assume that you have read all the details regarding your product of interest. The prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
ONYC International attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications but keep in mind that the conditions that these photos were taken were under studio lighting and colors will also vary from monitor to monitor. Use the color chart as a general guide, but not a literal one.
Please ensure to read the “details” tab on the individual product page. Because these two colors are natural hair colors, each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee the exact hair color shade. In some cases, we may have natural lighter or darker pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, a slight color variation will not be a reason to request an exchange. You may add in a comment session upon checkout with your natural color preference and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand.
Due to the fact that ONYC International offers 100% virgin cuticle human hair which is real hair from a real donor, each pouch comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee exact hair texture. Even with our processed Mongolian line, the only process done on it is to change the curl pattern. This means that the hair will maintain its natural characteristics; some hair comes naturally silkier, coarser, dull, shinier, thicker, or thinner in diameter. Each characteristic affects the way the hair behaves/reacts to weather and product. This is the dynamic of virgin hair and is beyond our control. Depending on the batch you receive, you will consult your professional stylist and adapt to the maintenance routine for that type of hair.
We have tried our best to categorize the texture based on the curl pattern; the images provided are guidelines only and not a direct literal one. We cannot guarantee a coarser, silkier, or curlier batch. A slight texture variation will not be a reason to request an exchange.
The images shown on the site must be used as a general guide, but not a literal one. Due to the dynamic of real hair, the way you style or treat the hair will affect the actually finished look. Keep in mind that the conditions that these photos were taken were under studio lighting and colors, textures, and sizes will also vary from monitor to monitor. The “Details” tab and the actual product will determine what you’re ordering.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without any notice. Occasionally there may be information on the ONYC International website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ONYC International reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has already been charged, we will contact you with an option to cancel or process your order. If you wish to process the order, you will pay the difference if less payment is captured, or receive a refund if more payment is captured. If you cancel, ONYC International will issue a credit to your card; your bank’s policy dictates when funds appear.
Our website will display the current selling price. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for discontinued and clearance items.
ONYC International collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law. 6% Maryland Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to the state of Maryland. Sales taxes are based on the full price.
Currently, we accept (1) all major credit cards (2) Venmo/ CashApp/ Zelle (3) Bank Wire transfers. Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online via the credit card option, note that your credit card will be charged immediately. WE TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD SERIOUSLY. All Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
To process orders going to a different address other than your billing address MUST require you to fill out a credit card authorization form and verify your credit card. This may include submitting a completed credit card authorization form and limited supporting documentation through a secure method approved by ONYC International. We do not request or retain card verification codes after authorization and may require sensitive payment details to be masked where appropriate. Please review more details of our PAYMENT OPTION.
Coupon Code: Promotional Codes are debited at the time an order is placed. Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Coupons must be used before their noted expiration date, additional terms of the coupon, and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be combined with the additional offer; it is void if you cancel or return your purchase.
Our entire inventory is online and most times will be accurate. If for any reason—including a system error—your product is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to offer a substitution or a refund if a substitute is not acceptable.
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The ONYC International Website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Although our system charges you immediately after placing your order, this is NOT a guarantee that we will immediately ship out your order. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity by verifying your method of payment and shipping address; we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address provided and process a refund.
We require at least 48hrs to process a confirmed order. By confirmed orders, we mean orders that have passed our payment and shipping terms. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders received before 2:00 pm are processed as next-business-day orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be considered the next business day order. Once shipped, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe selected on your SHIPPING OPTION checkout. For your protection, some orders may require a signature confirmation upon receiving them.
You CANNOT cancel your order once placed. We will honor a mild order change prior to shipment up until the status changes to “In progress”. Shop with confidence at ONYC® Hair and initiate a return for a refund or store credit! Full terms are located on the checkout page! Note that no exchange will be issued on packages returned due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, and unclaimed.
ONYC International, at its own discretion, limits or cancels quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the previously ordered customer, using the same ONYC International Website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address you registered with on our site. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you registered with on our site.
At this time, if your billing address is an address other than the USA, we ONLY accept Venmo App, Cash App OR Wire Transfer for ALL orders. Just check out via Wire Transfer. There will be an additional $20 fee for International Bank Wire Transfer. Please review our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for additional information.
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to ONYC International shipping policies. Our system will automatically send you an update once your order status changes. This update includes your shipping update and tracking number once your order is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your order especially if your shipping option is “United States Postal Service,” as they may attempt delivery once and you must pick up at the local post office thereafter. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to us; additional shipping fees will apply to reship.
Please review our SHIPPING POLICY for additional information on shipping options, transit times, rates, and policies.
In the rare event that an order is lost, missing, misdelivered, or shown by the shipping carrier as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must promptly notify ONYC® Hair so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a claim or investigation can be initiated with the shipping carrier and/or shipping insurance provider. Customers may be required to cooperate with the investigation, including confirming the shipping address, reviewing the carrier’s tracking information or delivery photograph, checking the delivery location and surrounding areas, checking with household members or nearby neighbors where appropriate, and providing any information or documentation reasonably required to investigate the shipment.
A package will not be considered confirmed lost solely based on a report of non-receipt. ONYC® Hair may first conduct or complete a carrier, delivery, and/or insurance investigation to determine whether the package was lost, misdelivered, delivered to an incorrect location, stolen after confirmed delivery, or otherwise unrecoverable. If an eligible claim is approved and the package is determined to be lost or otherwise unrecoverable, ONYC® Hair’s standard resolution is to replace the merchandise from the affected order rather than issue a refund to the original payment method.
The replacement will generally consist of the same merchandise originally purchased, subject to product availability. If the exact merchandise is unavailable, ONYC® Hair will contact the customer regarding an appropriate replacement or other available resolution. A lost-package claim is not considered a merchandise return because the customer is reporting that the merchandise was never received. Lost-package claims are therefore handled under ONYC® Hair’s Shipping and Insurance Policies rather than the standard Return/Exchange process.
Lost or missing packages should be reported within 14 days of the carrier’s expected delivery date or recorded delivery date, as applicable. Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may affect our ability to initiate or successfully complete a carrier or insurance claim. This policy is subject to the applicable Shipping Policy, Insurance Policy, carrier investigation requirements, and any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please review our INSURANCE POLICY for additional information.
All sales made through the ONYC International Website are subject to the ONYC International return policy. ONYC International is a reputable hair extension company. We take so much pride and pay attention to the details of the product we ship to our customers. Everything package goes through a rigorous quality control process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Our goal is to have satisfied returning customers hence have maintained over 98% positive feedback from our customers. We suggest that you request a sample where applicable before investing in the hair if you are not familiar with Our Hair. Also, note that returns due to a slight color variation will not be authorized. Please review our RETURN/EXCHANGE policy for a complete explanation of the return policy.
We take ALL Return Fraud seriously. All incidents must be reported to authority to the fullest length of law. Return frauds include but are not limited to: returning a counterfeit product that is not the product ordered; purchasing merchandise for short-term use with the intent to return the item; purchasing higher-priced merchandise with the intention of returning the item(s) claiming the lower-priced item was received.
ONYC International takes great pride in our product; each package is a product of 100% FULL CUTICLE human hair, hence certifies and guarantees that. PLEASE NOTE: Thoroughly review your product including the weft before removing your label. You can also do a few strand tests on the weft to determine the integrity and quality of the hair prior to using it. Since this is natural hair, it will be reactive to the products used, how it’s installed, the environment, and the maintenance routine. Due to hygienic reasons, we will not accept any product without the label and packaging intact.
If you already installed the hair and feel you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date your item was received. We will also require you to submit corresponding details and evidence which includes images of the product in question, then we will require you to send us the product back—this means you will need to uninstall the extension. Waiting longer to install or uninstall the hair will make it void for any sort of review. If ONYC International verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, ONYC International will then exchange or replace the item. Please NOTE that you will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the ONYC product(s) if we do not validate the product defect issue. If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

Both you and ONYC International agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

Is this your first time trying Kinky Curly Hair? If so, please try our 3B-3C in manageable lengths instead!
DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR AND EXPECT TO TAME IT! The Tight Kinky 3C-4A has a tighter curl with a coarse texture.
A lower luster with coarse texture equates to a higher tendency to look frizzier and bushier…
Looking frizzy is the very best characteristics of this hair. It will not be Tight Kinky without the frizzy.
