Order Processing

All orders are processed through our website; we do not support phone order at this time. Make sure to check out our FAQ page also.
Our system will process your order instantly so make sure to submit your order ONLY once to avoid duplicate order! · You’ll· automatically receive an email of your order receipt as soon as the order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt check your spam settings, as you will probably find our emails in your bulk or spam folder. To avoid this problem, turn off your spam filters, change your spam filter settings, or use an alternate e-mail address.
We require 48hrs to process a confirmed order. By confirmed orders, we mean orders that have passed our payment and shipping terms. Make sure to review our payment and shipping terms before placing your order.
Processing time does not include weekend days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)
ONYC International reserves the sole right to fulfill or deny all orders. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order due to system error or unforeseen problems.
For your protection, all hair orders over $50 require signature confirmation upon receiving.

Order Enquiries

By registering with you may take advantage of exclusive shopping offers, new product Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

When you click on Order History you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be sent to you. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may visit their website with the tracking number provided to view the delivery status of your order.

Please Note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations

You can do a mild modification like “Shipping option change” to your order prior to shipment up until the status changes to “In progress“ Once your order status changes to ‘In Progress” you cannot do any sort of modification or cancellation.

We do not issue a refund but we can gladly exchange your item if you wish.

Also, note that no exchange will be issued on packages returned due to a bad address, refused upon delivery and unclaimed.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to the address provided.
A duplicate order was placed.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation.
