Quick Video Rave

A Quick Video Rave is perfect if you already have a beautiful short video clip or would like to send us a simple video showing how your ONYC® Hair looks, moves, and complements your finished style.

▪ Submit a clear, original video clip, preferably around 8–20 seconds.

▪ Please record vertically whenever possible.

▪ Make sure the hair can be clearly seen, including its texture, length, fullness, movement, and overall look.

▪ Use good lighting, a steady camera, and a clean background.

▪ Your Quick Video Rave does not need to include a spoken review.

▪ Please avoid filters or effects that significantly change your appearance or the hair’s true color or texture.

▪ Please send the original video file whenever possible rather than a copy downloaded from Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, or another social platform.

Full HD Video Rave

A Full HD Video Rave is a more complete Customer Rave that gives our editing team enough high-quality footage and audio to create a polished feature for our website, social media, YouTube, and other ONYC® promotional content.

▪ Your Full HD Video Rave must be at least 30 seconds long. For the best feature opportunity, we recommend approximately 45–60 seconds of usable footage.

▪ Please submit a clear, high-quality original HD video.

▪ Please record vertically unless our team specifically requests a horizontal video.

▪ Show the hair from the front, sides, and back so the texture, length, volume, movement, and overall finished look can be clearly seen.

▪ Include natural movement whenever possible so we can clearly see how the hair falls, moves, and behaves while worn.

▪ Use good lighting, a steady camera, and a clean, simple background so you and the hair are clearly visible.

▪ Whenever possible, ask someone to record you, especially for side and back views. Self-recorded videos are also welcome.

▪ Please avoid filters or effects that change your appearance or the hair’s color or texture. Don’t worry about perfection—our experienced video editors will make sure you look your best while keeping the hair true to life.

▪ We prefer solo videos. If submitting group content, each person shown must be wearing an ONYC® Hair product.

Voice Review Required for Full HD Video Raves

To make your Full HD Customer Rave feel more authentic, personal, and relatable, please include a short voice review sharing what you genuinely love about the ONYC® Hair featured in your video.

▪ Tell us in your own words what you love about the hair you are reviewing. This can include the texture, softness, fullness, blend, movement, length, styling versatility, natural appearance, or overall experience.

▪ Your voice review may be recorded directly as part of your video.

▪ If you already have beautiful video footage without spoken audio, that is perfectly fine. You may submit a separate audio recording of your review, and our video editor can incorporate it into your final Customer Rave.

▪ Please record your voice clearly with no music and minimal background noise.

▪ There is no need to edit your video or audio. Please send us the original files and allow our experienced editing team to handle the final production.

▪ Your review does not need to sound scripted. A few genuine sentences about your experience and what you love about the hair are perfect.

How to Send Us Your Original Video & Audio Files

To help us receive the clearest version possible, please upload your original video and, when applicable, original audio file directly from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Please avoid sending your files through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, text message, or other social media messaging platforms, as these services may compress the files and significantly reduce their quality.

Before uploading, please make sure:

▪ You are uploading the original video and audio files directly from your camera roll, device, or computer.

▪ Your files have not been downloaded from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, or another social media platform.

▪ Your internet connection is stable and the upload finishes completely before you close the app or browser.

▪ You include your full name and order number with your submission.

▪ If submitting a separate voice recording, please place the audio file in the same folder as your video whenever possible.

Option 1: Share Through Dropbox

Upload your original video and any separate audio recording to your Dropbox account and send us a public view-only link.

How to Upload and Share Your Files:

1. Open Dropbox and sign in to your account.

2. Create a new folder and name it using your name, for example: Your Name – ONYC® Video.

3. Upload your original video and any separate voice recording directly from your phone, tablet, or computer and wait for the uploads to finish completely.

4. Open the folder’s sharing settings and create a public view-only link.

5. Make sure anyone with the link can open and download the files.

6. Copy the Dropbox folder link and add it to the comment section of the form.

Please keep the folder and link active until we confirm that your files have been successfully reviewed and downloaded. After confirmation, you may disable the link, restrict access, or delete the folder.

Option 2: Share Through Google Drive

Upload your original video and any separate audio recording to a folder in your Google Drive account. You may share the folder with us using either a public link or private email access.

Uploading From Your Phone or Tablet

1. Open the Google Drive app and sign in.

2. Tap the plus sign (+) and select New Folder.

3. Name the folder using your name, for example: Your Name – ONYC® Video.

4. Open the folder, tap the plus sign (+) again, and select Upload.

5. Select your original video and, if applicable, your separate audio recording.

6. Keep the app open and allow all uploads to finish completely.

Uploading From Your Computer

1. Open Google Drive and sign in.

2. Select New, followed by New Folder.

3. Name the folder using your name, for example: Your Name – ONYC® Video.

4. Open the folder and select New, followed by File Upload.

5. Choose your original video and, if applicable, your separate audio recording.

6. Wait until all uploads have finished completely.

Option A: Share Using a Public Google Drive Link

1. Open the folder’s sharing settings.

2. Under General Access, select Anyone with the link.

3. Set the permission to Viewer.

4. Make sure anyone with the link can open and download the files.

5. Copy the Google Drive folder link and add it to the comment section of the form.

6. Keep the link active until we confirm that your files have been successfully reviewed and downloaded.

After receiving our confirmation, you may restrict access or delete the folder.

Option B: Share the Google Drive Folder Privately

If you prefer not to make your folder public, keep the folder restricted and temporarily share it directly with: onyccontent@gmail.com

Please give our email address Editor access so our team can access and download your original files.

1. Add onyccontent@gmail.com to the folder.

2. Copy the Google Drive folder link.

3. Add the link to the comment section of the form.

4. Keep our access active until we confirm that your submission has been successfully reviewed and downloaded.

Once we confirm that the download is complete, you may remove our email address, restrict the folder permissions, or delete the folder from your Google Drive account.

Please do not remove our access or delete the folder until you receive confirmation from our team.

Option 3: Send Through WeTransfer

You may also use WeTransfer to send your original video and any separate audio recording.

1. Open WeTransfer and sign in or create an account if required.

We are an International Hair Extensions Company looking for a PR and Marketing Manager to be part of the team to manage all Communications and Social Media profiles of the ONYC company brand in Nigeria and beyond.  To build ONYC and CEO’s personal brand and expand on current social media and brand strategy. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Focus of the position includes but is not limited to the Following Responsibilities)
1) Managing Social Media Accounts:

Management of social media accounts (Facebook/ Twitter/ YouTube/ LinkedIn, Flickr, Tumblr, Instagram, etc), daily to engage users, increase user retention as well as expand membership & brand recognition. 

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Creating captivating content for an organization’s social media including writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.

2) Public Relations:

Create and maintain a positive public image for our brand. Create Press Releases and Newsletters. This entails coming up with topics on what is going on in our company and creating a new story, written in the third person that seeks to demonstrate to various media outlets the newsworthiness of our new product arrivals, events, new services, or happenings. 

3) Partnerships Management and Lead Generation:

This entails maintaining current partnerships (stylists, customers, affiliates, and celebrity endorsements), creating cross-publicity for us, and acquiring future partnerships. This means searching for and monitoring the most popular blogs/bloggers, hairstylists, fashion gurus, makeup artists, and celebrities – contacting them to collaborate.  

You will also have to search around for similar blogs and websites that discuss hair & beauty and engage in the conversation. Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

4) Content and Blog Manager: 

Editing content creators’ articles for Blogs and websites to ensure proper grammar, relativity, and appropriate SEO formatting.

5) Daily/Monthly Sales Strategy Tracking:

Create and implement a sales strategy and tracking system where daily online sales are tracked to determine which sales are derived from partnerships, customers, online, and storefronts. Design a monthly report indicating partnership sales for each month.

6) Brand Reputation Management:

Actively managing the references, conversations, and feedback of the business through online sources as well as in the offline environment and creating a good defense as well as an attack strategy. Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand.

7) Project Management:

Work on behalf of our CEO in some of her work which includes but is not limited to managing ongoing PR and marketing projects. For example, reviewing and corresponding with our video editor, photographers, photo editor, web developer, article writers, PR firm, and marketing partners.

  • Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a group of bloggers in varying time zones.

8) Customer Service:

In the event of high call volume or in the absence of the customer service manager, you may be required to act as a customer service agent.

1) Once sold out, we will ONLY be restocking the color #4 and natural Black of most items. We will also not be restocking 24 and 26” lengths.

We strongly advise you to stock up on whatever color you are able to order at this time!

2) Color #27 and 4/27 are discontinued in the following textures: Curly Addiction, Kinky 3B-3B, and Tight Kinky 3C-4A. It is almost impossible for us to achieve these colors on these textures without compromising hair integrity. 

They are still available in Straight and Wavy Textures!

3) This decision is because of the impact from COVID coupled with the scarcity and high cost of raw material and finally but not least, the COMPLEXITY of producing the PERFECT curls you all love and in colored options.

4) However, we know that some of our loyal customers are used to certain colors and lengths. Because of this, we will be having an option for you guys to order certain colors as well as length 24” and 26” as a Custom order!

Signature Confirmation

– Add Signature to Shipping*

Selecting the “Add Signature*” option, will authorize the Shipping Carrier to ONLY deliver your package with the signature required option. This means if no one is around, your package will not be delivered.

Important Notes:

1) Selecting the signature option does not protect your shipment from lost, damaged, or stolen. If you need the shipment protected, you must select the “Add Insurance*”

2) Delivering Your Package:

  • We strongly encourage you to track your package to know the updated status. As stated in our shipping terms, it is each customer’s responsibility to track the order. Failure to do so will warrant the item to be returned to us. In that case, we will charge you an additional shipping fee for the return, we will also charge you a shipping fee to reship your item plus a Restocking fee may apply.
  • If you selected US Postal service and miss the first delivery attempt, they will NOT try to redeliver your package. You MUST go to your local post office to pick up your package! If you do not know your local post office, feel free to call 1-800-ASK-USPS for assistance.
  • You can easily view your Order History Here. Please ensure to open the actual order in question to view the tracking number or other important notes associated with that order.
Shipping Insurance

INSURANCE POLICY – PACKAGE PROTECTION

We will strongly recommend adding insurance to your package! This ensures if your package is lost, damaged on arrival, or stolen a claim can be filed.

Important Notes:

1) Insurance and shipping fee is nonrefundable or valid on credit issued.

2) Please Note the Claim eligibility base on the carrier:

UPS – 1 to 7 days after the shipment date, once the package has been confirmed as delivered or lost.
USPS – 30 days after the shipment date.
DHL – within 30 days after the shipment date.

3) If you added the “Add Insurance” and your package is lost or damaged on arrival, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will file the insurance claim for you. We will provide the supporting documents to the insurance company to investigate the problem and contact you if any further documents are required.

4) International: The added insured value MUST match the declared value. We cannot insure it for high value and then declare it for less. If you wish to avoid high duty, then during checkout, you should not select the Insurance option!

Please Note: UPS automatically award $100 for uninsured item and US Postal service award $50. This means if your item is lost or damaged, you will ONLY be eligible for $50 or $100.

5) We strongly advise you to keep Damaged items in the exact condition you received them.

6) Warning: Any fraudulent claims will make the recipient liable for prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We honor returns for refund or store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges require a pre-authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without an RMA are void.

Items must be unused, untampered, and in original condition, including all packaging, pouches, boxes, tags, and our monogram gold sticker. Once tags, stickers, or seals are removed or tampered with, the item is 100% void for return or exchange. Please do not install, alter, or modify the product if you have concerns, as tampered items cannot be restocked.

Store credit does not expire and may be used on all items, including sale and clearance items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale (clearance) items, custom orders, accessories, and hair care products are non-returnable.

PAYMENT METHOD RESTRICTIONS
Payments made via Venmo, Cash App, or Bank Transfer are non-refundable due to security reasons and will be issued store credit only, if eligible.

BUY NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL)
BNPL options are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their approval, terms, fees, and payment schedules. ONYC® Hair is not the lender. BNPL orders follow the same return eligibility rules as all other orders and do not override hygiene, tampering, or final-sale restrictions.

If a return or partial return is approved for a BNPL order, the value of the returned item will be refunded to the BNPL provider to adjust the outstanding balance. BNPL transaction fees (7%) are non-refundable. Customers remain responsible for BNPL payments until the provider completes the adjustment.

Store credit may be issued only at the customer’s request and does not replace a BNPL refund unless the customer expressly agrees that BNPL installment payments will continue unchanged.

FEES & EXCLUSIONS
Shipping fees, insurance fees, and transaction fees (3% credit card or 7% BNPL) are non-refundable and non-creditable. If your order qualified for free shipping and returned items reduce the order below $300 (USA) or $350 (Canada), standard shipping and insurance fees will be deducted.

NO RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in perfect condition. A restocking fee may apply if packaging (boxes, pouches) is missing or damaged.

 

SHIPPING TIME & RULES

1) Please allow 24 business hours processing time for all orders.
2) Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
3) Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
4) Same-day shipping applies only to confirmed orders placed before 2 PM EST with matching billing and shipping addresses.
5) We are not liable for carrier delays; shipping warranties apply to processing time only.
6) Orders shipping to a different billing address may require verification and may be delayed or canceled.
7) Credit card orders ship only within the continental U.S. and Canada. Orders outside these regions must pay via bank wire transfer.

UNDELIVERABLE, UNCLAIMED & RESHIPPING

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. USPS addresses cannot be modified once shipped.

Unclaimed or returned packages are subject to additional shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking number.

 

INSURANCE POLICY

We strongly recommend adding insurance to protect against loss, damage, or theft. Signature confirmation does not replace insurance.

 

Damage claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Lost or damaged claims are subject to carrier investigation and may take 14 days to 2 months. Replacements are issued only after claim approval.

By successfully placing your order via our website, we assume that you have read all the details regarding your product of interest. The prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Color Display

ONYC International attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications but keep in mind that the conditions that these photos were taken were under studio lighting and colors will also vary from monitor to monitor. Use the color chart as a general guide, but not a literal one.

NOTE FOR “NATURAL BLACK AND NATURAL BROWN HAIR

Please ensure to read the “details” tab on the individual product page. Because these two colors are natural hair colors, each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee the exact hair color shade. In some cases, we may have natural lighter or darker pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, a slight color variation will not be a reason to request an exchange. You may add in a comment session upon checkout with your natural color preference and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand.

Texture Display

Due to the fact that ONYC International offers 100% virgin cuticle human hair which is real hair from a real donor, each pouch comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee exact hair texture. Even with our processed Mongolian line, the only process done on it is to change the curl pattern. This means that the hair will maintain its natural characteristics; some hair comes naturally silkier, coarser, dull, shinier, thicker, or thinner in diameter. Each characteristic affects the way the hair behaves/reacts to weather and product. This is the dynamic of virgin hair and is beyond our control. Depending on the batch you receive, you will consult your professional stylist and adapt to the maintenance routine for that type of hair.

We have tried our best to categorize the texture based on the curl pattern; the images provided are guidelines only and not a direct literal one. We cannot guarantee a coarser, silkier, or curlier batch. A slight texture variation will not be a reason to request an exchange.

Image Display

The images shown on the site must be used as a general guide, but not a literal one. Due to the dynamic of real hair, the way you style or treat the hair will affect the actually finished look. Keep in mind that the conditions that these photos were taken were under studio lighting and colors, textures, and sizes will also vary from monitor to monitor. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Product availability and prices are subject to change without any notice. Occasionally there may be information on the ONYC International website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ONYC International reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Sales Tax Policy

ONYC International collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law. 6% Maryland Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to the state of Maryland. Sales taxes are based on the full price.

Payment Option/ Terms

Currently, we accept (1) all major credit cards (2) Venmo/ CashApp/ Zelle (3) Bank Wire transfers. Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online via the credit card option, note that your credit card will be charged immediately. WE TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD SERIOUSLY. All Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

To process orders going to a different address other than your billing address MUST require you to fill out a credit card authorization form and verify your credit card. This may include submitting a completed credit card authorization form and limited supporting documentation through a secure method approved by ONYC International. We do not request or retain card verification codes after authorization and may require sensitive payment details to be masked where appropriate. Please review more details of our PAYMENT OPTION.

Promotional Materials

Coupon Code: Promotional Codes are debited at the time an order is placed. Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Coupons must be used before their noted expiration date, additional terms of the coupon, and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be combined with the additional offer; it is void if you cancel or return your purchase.

Product Availability

Our entire inventory is online and most times will be accurate. If for any reason—including a system error—your product is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to offer a substitution or a refund if a substitute is not acceptable.

Order Validating/Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The ONYC International Website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Although our system charges you immediately after placing your order, this is NOT a guarantee that we will immediately ship out your order. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity by verifying your method of payment and shipping address; we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address provided and process a refund.

Order Processing

We require at least 48hrs to process a confirmed order. By confirmed orders, we mean orders that have passed our payment and shipping terms. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders received before 2:00 pm are processed as next-business-day orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be considered the next business day order. Once shipped, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe selected on your SHIPPING OPTION checkout. For your protection, some orders may require a signature confirmation upon receiving them.

Order Changes/Cancellation

You CANNOT cancel your order once placed. We will honor a mild order change prior to shipment up until the status changes to “In progress”. Shop with confidence at ONYC® Hair and initiate a return for a refund or store credit! Full terms are located on the checkout page! Note that no exchange will be issued on packages returned due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, and unclaimed.

Order Limitations/ Limited Quantities

ONYC International, at its own discretion, limits or cancels quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the previously ordered customer, using the same ONYC International Website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address you registered with on our site. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you registered with on our site.

Shipping/ Order Tracking

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to ONYC International shipping policies. Our system will automatically send you an update once your order status changes. This update includes your shipping update and tracking number once your order is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your order especially if your shipping option is “United States Postal Service,” as they may attempt delivery once and you must pick up at the local post office thereafter. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to us; additional shipping fees will apply to reship.

Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages

In the rare event that an order is lost, missing, misdelivered, or shown by the shipping carrier as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must promptly notify ONYC® Hair so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a claim or investigation can be initiated with the shipping carrier and/or shipping insurance provider. Customers may be required to cooperate with the investigation, including confirming the shipping address, reviewing the carrier’s tracking information or delivery photograph, checking the delivery location and surrounding areas, checking with household members or nearby neighbors where appropriate, and providing any information or documentation reasonably required to investigate the shipment.

A package will not be considered confirmed lost solely based on a report of non-receipt. ONYC® Hair may first conduct or complete a carrier, delivery, and/or insurance investigation to determine whether the package was lost, misdelivered, delivered to an incorrect location, stolen after confirmed delivery, or otherwise unrecoverable. If an eligible claim is approved and the package is determined to be lost or otherwise unrecoverable, ONYC® Hair’s standard resolution is to replace the merchandise from the affected order rather than issue a refund to the original payment method.

The replacement will generally consist of the same merchandise originally purchased, subject to product availability. If the exact merchandise is unavailable, ONYC® Hair will contact the customer regarding an appropriate replacement or other available resolution. A lost-package claim is not considered a merchandise return because the customer is reporting that the merchandise was never received. Lost-package claims are therefore handled under ONYC® Hair’s Shipping and Insurance Policies rather than the standard Return/Exchange process.

Lost or missing packages should be reported within 14 days of the carrier’s expected delivery date or recorded delivery date, as applicable. Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may affect our ability to initiate or successfully complete a carrier or insurance claim. This policy is subject to the applicable Shipping Policy, Insurance Policy, carrier investigation requirements, and any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please review our INSURANCE POLICY for additional information.

Return/ Exchange Policy

All sales made through the ONYC International Website are subject to the ONYC International return policy. ONYC International is a reputable hair extension company. We take so much pride and pay attention to the details of the product we ship to our customers. Everything package goes through a rigorous quality control process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Our goal is to have satisfied returning customers hence have maintained over 98% positive feedback from our customers. We suggest that you request a sample where applicable before investing in the hair if you are not familiar with Our Hair. Also, note that returns due to a slight color variation will not be authorized. Please review our RETURN/EXCHANGE policy for a complete explanation of the return policy.

Return Fraud

We take ALL Return Fraud seriously. All incidents must be reported to authority to the fullest length of law. Return frauds include but are not limited to: returning a counterfeit product that is not the product ordered; purchasing merchandise for short-term use with the intent to return the item; purchasing higher-priced merchandise with the intention of returning the item(s) claiming the lower-priced item was received.

Product Defect/ Replacements

ONYC International takes great pride in our product; each package is a product of 100% FULL CUTICLE human hair, hence certifies and guarantees that. PLEASE NOTE: Thoroughly review your product including the weft before removing your label. You can also do a few strand tests on the weft to determine the integrity and quality of the hair prior to using it. Since this is natural hair, it will be reactive to the products used, how it’s installed, the environment, and the maintenance routine. Due to hygienic reasons, we will not accept any product without the label and packaging intact.

If you already installed the hair and feel you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date your item was received. We will also require you to submit corresponding details and evidence which includes images of the product in question, then we will require you to send us the product back—this means you will need to uninstall the extension. Waiting longer to install or uninstall the hair will make it void for any sort of review. If ONYC International verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, ONYC International will then exchange or replace the item. Please NOTE that you will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the ONYC product(s) if we do not validate the product defect issue. If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

By using ONYC International, you expressly agree that the use of the International website is at your sole risk. ONYC International website is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. Neither ONYC International, affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, or the like (collectively, “Associates”) warrant that use of the ONYC International Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither ONYC International nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the content provided on the ONYC International Website or the products or services offered for sale on the ONYC International Website. Further, ONYC International makes no representation that content provided on the ONYC International Website is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States. ONYC International and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall ONYC International or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the ONYC International Website, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the ONYC International Website that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort, or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of ONYC International has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. The user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the ONYC International Website. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, ONYC International is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ONYC International harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Sites and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Mindful of the high cost of litigation, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and ONYC International agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action, or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Sites, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it (“Dispute”), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Both you and ONYC International agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies, notices, disclaimers, and operating rules posted by ONYC International on the Website or referenced by hyperlink, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONYC International regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products or services from ONYC International. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby ONYC International provides products or services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
